I bought wiper blades and just asked if they can cut the excess rubber and the staff especially the lady at the counter is NOT VERY HELPFUL and she looked like she is already fed up with her job. If you dont like your job lady then QUIT!!!!

Ty fit my headlight globes in a flash. Much quicker than I managed previously. Well worth the small fee to fit. Ty was polite, caring and kind. He offered great advice on what product to use to brighten my light hubs, and other solutions such as ordering new hubs to resolve brightness issue shan't the clear coat kit work. An asset to the store. Thanks team. Happy customer ; )
Many thanks to Brendon, who gave excellent customer service in making sure I got the best price on some Penrite hpv10w-40 engine oil at the sale price thus ensuring Repco didn't get the sale with their specials.
The facts are, though, I'm yet to get poor service or bad pricing from anyone at Supercheap.

The lady serving was very helpful and made me smile. The young man that fitted my wiper blades was fast, polite and genuinely seemed to like his job. That's refreshing to see.
